General Guidelines

We are situated in the beautiful Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park. The rules of the National Park apply to this holiday park. Please help us by observing the following information:

Check-in /Check-out times

  • Camping Sites: Check-in time is from 12 noon. Please leave your campsite by 10 am on the day of departure.
  • Cabins/Cottages: Check-in time is from 2 pm. Check-out time is strictly 10 am or earlier. Please drop your key at reception by 10 am on the day of departure.
  • If you depart before 8.30 am, please drop your key in the 'Late Arrivals' box on the verandah at reception.

Noise Policy

  • Please respect your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum and refraining from using offensive language or loud music.
  • Please turn all music off and be totally quiet by 10 pm.
  • If you are being disturbed by noise in the park or have an urgent problem, please advise the managers by using the courtesy phone at the kiosk or reception. Urgent after-hours mobile numbers are

Cabins/Cottages/Campsites

  • On departure, please leave your cabin/cottage as you found it. Please clean & dry your dishes and place all rubbish in the bin outside of your accommodation.
  • Please remove all rubbish from your campsite before your departure.

Water

  • Water throughout the park is sourced from a bore and should be boiled or treated before drinking. Bottled water is available at reception or kiosk. Water is precious – please use it thoughtfully.

Phone Reception and WiFi

  • Please note that there is limited WiFi and phone reception on the Telstra network within the holiday park. Text messages can also be received near the boat ramp.

Rubbish

  • Bulk waste bins are located opposite the kiosk and opposite site 142.

Generators

  • Generators are not permitted in the park.

Reception Hours

  • 8.30am to 5pm daily. Closed Christmas Day.
  • If you arrive outside reception hours and you have a booking, your map/key will be in the 'Late Arrivals' box on the reception verandah.

Kiosk Hours

  • High peak times 8.30 am to 5 pm daily.
  • Other times are subject to demand.

Parking

  • Please park ONLY on the site you have booked. 
  • 2 vehicles permitted on large sites - 1 vehicle permitted per medium van site and tent sites. 8 people max per site.

Playground

  • Children may use the playground between 7 am and 8 pm.

Fires

  • FIRES are usually permitted between early May and late October, between 5 pm and 10 pm. Please see signage within the park for current fire rulings.
  • Fires must be in your own enclosed fire pit, and your fire must be cold when retiring to bed or by 10 pm. Ashes can be disposed of in the ash bins provided within the park.
  • No ground or beach fires are permitted at any time.

Wood

  • Please feel free to bring your own firewood when fires are permitted.
  • Firewood is available for sale at our kiosk & reception.
  • Removal of branches and vegetation (dead or alive) in the National Park is an offence. 

Cat & Dogs

  • Domestic animals are not permitted in the National Park.

Fish Cleaning

  • Please do this at the beach, thank you.
